Before your appointment

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to discuss ideas or share your inspo pics. We encourage you book in a free consultation or you can text for help with booking the correct service.  

  • Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you.

  • If you’re unsure what to book, or you’re looking for a specific style or treatment, you can always contact us directly to discuss what would work best for your hair. 

Cancellation Policy

  • We require a 50% deposit for your booking, as your appointment is important to us and is reserved only for you. We understand that sometimes life takes us by surprise, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. 

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, call the salon a minimum of 24 hours before your booking.

  • No cancellations or changes are permitted within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellations and changes within 24 hours or missing your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the value per booked service or deposit amount.

No Shows

  • Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged in full for their “missed” appointment.

Late arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your stylist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a service. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your stylist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
