Before your appointment
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to discuss ideas or share your inspo pics. We encourage you book in a consultation or you can text 0405519816 for help with booking the correct service.You can also fill out the new client request form for further help.

If you are a new colour client you will be required to attend for skin a test at least 72 hours prior to your booking. If you decline to do so you will be required to sign a consent & release form. click here
Cancellation Policy
We require a $70 deposit for your booking, as your appointment is important to us and is reserved only for you. We understand that sometimes life takes us by surprise, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Your deposit will be carried over to the new appointment or refunded if needed.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, call/text the salon a minimum of 48 hours before your booking. If you booked through Timely just simply log in and adjust your appointment as needed.
No cancellations or changes are permitted within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellations and changes within 24 hours or missing your appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the value per booked service. This will be charged to your card saved on file as per our T & C.
No Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged in full for their “missed” appointment. This will be charged to your card saved on file as per our T & C.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your stylist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a service. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible to pay for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your stylist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Change of Services
We can completely understand a change of heart when it comes to the day of your appointment. However, as we have allocated specific timings for each client, we need 24 hours notice for any drastic service changes. Any changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged in full.
Out of Hours fees
Out of hours services will incur a 10% surcharge fee. This includes Tuesdays from 6am-9am and any additonal hours outside of the usual opening times.
