How do I prepare for my appointment?
To ensure we have the correct services and timings booked for you, we may request for you to send us some current photos of your hair and what you are wanting to achieve during your journey with us! You can do this once you have requested an online booking also. This can be sent via text or email.
If you attending a colour appointment please make sure your hair is clean and minimal product is used for best results.

Where can I park?
There are visitor and 2 hour bays below the building (Day Hospital). Please be aware this site closes at 6pm and automatically locks at that time. If this is full there is also Town of Vincent car park – 100m south down Oxford Street ($1.80 per hour). First hour is free.
Free parking options:
• Oxford Street (3 hour parking)
• Northern side of Scarborough Beach Road across from our building at Axford Park (1 hour)
• Surrounding streets northern side of Scarborough Beach Road (free unlimited parking). Faraday street and shakespeare street have 3 hour parking also.
• The Mezz Shopping Centre – 200m west up Scarborough Beach Road (max 3 hours – last resort).

Do I need to confirm my booking?
Yes please! Booking reminders are sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment for you to confirm. Without confirmation of your booking, we may need to offer your appointment to our waitlist. Any cancellations inside of 48 hours will be subject to a 30% fee and any cancellatons (or a no-show) inside of 24 hours will be subject to a full charge for the booked apointment.

I can't find you! Where is the salon?
The salon is upstairs in the building 416-418 oxford street (Mount Hawthorn Day Hospital). Walk through glass automated door on ground floor. Suite 5A can be accessed via staircase or elavator then turn right, right again.
Please plan ahead to avoid arriving late and stressed. If you are late your appointment will be shortened or cancelled if more than 15 minutes late. You will be charged in full for the services booked at that time.

What should I wear?
You will wear a protective cape during your visit with us as a saftey measure and we always do our best to avoid any spills/leaks. However it always best to be on the safe side and not wear anything valuable or too bulky, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages to clothing or personal items.

I need to cancel my booking! What should I do?
We totally understand! Any cancellations up-to 48 hours before your appointment means we can happily reschedule for you, and carry-over your deposit to the new appointment time or refund the amount. Any cancellations inside of 48 hours will be subject to a 30% fee and any cancellatons (or a no-show) inside of 24 hours will be subject to a full charge for the booked apointment (as stipulated in our Bookings T’s and C’s).

I don't know what I want. Can I book a consult?
We highly recommend booking a consultation if you are wanting to discuss options on what will suit you and your lifestyle best. Consultations are $50 which is then deducted from your future booking with us. You won't regret it!

What payment options are there?
Your booking deposit will be processed through timely pay. Payment for your service in salon can be finalised by cash, card or afterpay.

In-person card reader payments
1.59% + $0.05 per Timely terminal and Tap to Pay transaction.
Online and cardless checkout payments
1.75% + $0.30 per online and cardless checkout transaction.
